By accessing or using the Aros Hair Institute website (aros.institute), submitting an application, enrolling in any program, or using any service provided by Aros Hair Institute LLC ("Aros," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and enrolled members.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify enrolled members of material changes by email.

To apply to or enroll in any Aros program, you must:

• —Be at least 18 years of age
• —Be a licensed or practicing cosmetologist, stylist, or beauty professional (or actively pursuing licensure)
• —Complete the application process honestly and accurately
• —Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to reject any application or revoke enrollment at our sole discretion, including if we determine that information provided was inaccurate, misleading, or submitted in bad faith.

Aros Hair Institute offers private mentorship programs for hair and beauty professionals. Program details, curriculum, structure, pricing, and availability are described on our Site and may change without notice.

Enrollment: Enrollment is subject to application approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All enrollment decisions are made at the sole discretion of Aros.

Program Access: Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the Aros member portal, your assigned curriculum, and any applicable mentorship scheduling. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify program content, schedule, pricing, or structure at any time. If material changes affect your active enrollment, we will notify you in advance and offer appropriate accommodations.

No Guarantee of Results: Educational outcomes vary by individual. Aros does not guarantee specific career, income, or business results from participation in any program. Testimonials or case studies represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Program fees are stated at the time of enrollment. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Payment Plans: Where available, payment plans are subject to the specific terms communicated at enrollment. Missed payments may result in suspension of program access until the balance is resolved.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

Disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at legal@aros.institute within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and respond promptly.

Our full Refund Policy is available at aros.institute/refunds. In summary:

Before Program Start: A full refund is available if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before your scheduled program start date.

After Program Start: Due to the nature of our mentorship content and the time invested by our mentors, refunds are not available after the program has begun, except in cases of documented extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Show / Abandonment: No refunds will be issued for applicants who are accepted and enrolled but fail to complete the program without notifying Aros in advance.

To request a refund, contact legal@aros.institute with your name, enrollment details, and reason for the request.

As a member of Aros Hair Institute, you agree to:

• —Engage honestly and respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow members
• —Keep all proprietary curriculum content, mentor feedback, and member community discussions confidential
• —Not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program materials without written permission from Aros
• —Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind toward any individual connected to Aros
• —Show up to scheduled sessions on time, or provide reasonable advance notice of cancellation
• —Use the member portal and community solely for lawful, program-related purposes

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without a refund.

All content on the Aros Hair Institute website and within the member portal — including but not limited to curriculum materials, written guides, templates, frameworks, video content, graphics, logos, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Aros Hair Institute LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for your own professional development during your active enrollment period.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Aros content without express written consent from Aros Hair Institute LLC.

The Aros name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Aros Hair Institute LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data stored in our CRM system. Please review it at aros.institute/privacy.

To protect the integrity of our application process and prevent spam or fraudulent submissions, we use automated verification tools including CAPTCHA challenges at the point of application submission. By completing our application form, you agree to participate in any such verification.

We reserve the right to reject or flag applications that fail verification or appear to have been submitted using automated means.

Aros Hair Institute provides its Site and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any specific program outcomes, career results, or earnings will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aros Hair Institute LLC, its owners, employees, mentors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Aros in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Aros Hair Institute LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@aros.institute. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
