Aros Hair Institute LLC
The Short Version
We use a small number of cookies — mostly the essential ones needed to keep you signed in and to protect our forms from spam. We don't sell your data or use cookies to track you across other websites.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example, that you're signed in. Similar technologies like local storage work the same way.
This policy explains which cookies Aros Hair Institute uses and why, and how you can control them.
2. How We Use Cookies
We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. We use them to keep you securely signed in to the member portal and admin area, to remember your session as you move between pages, and to protect our application and contact forms from automated abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information.
3. Types We Use
Essential — authentication
Session cookies that keep you signed in to your member dashboard or the admin panel. Without these, the portal can't work. They expire when your session ends or after a set period.
Essential — security
Cookies set by our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) to tell real visitors from automated traffic when you submit a form. These are used only for security.
4. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to refuse them. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them will prevent you from signing in to the member portal or submitting forms, but the public pages of the site will still work.
Most browsers let you manage cookies under their privacy or security settings. Refer to your browser's help pages for specific steps.
